Select the wished priority

Click this icon to allow reporters to change priority or not

Choose a default assignee

Select the room type linked to the incident

Link it with an equipement if needed

Or link it with specific rooms

Click this icon to add a checklist form

Write down any question

Add additional content

Select the content type

Add written information in the message box

Select the right incident type

Click this icon

Confirm the definitive removal

Click on "Confirm"

Click here

Search for the right incident type and click on it

Update any information

Click on "UPDATE" to save settings
